I do love eating. I do love cooking. And I know what it takes to make good food and good service. Upon arrival at any restaurant I notice the outside appearance of the building and parking spaces available. Once I enter the restaurant, I almost always notice how many people are waiting, how many tables are empty and cleaned, if we are greeted immediately and how long it takes to be seated. It almost never fails, when there are so many people waiting in the waiting room and there are plenty tables available to be seated and the host or hostess has a hard time performing their duties, such as seating you timely, usually the food and service doesn’t get any better.
