A cheaper and more environmentally friendly solution to running diesels.
Make Biodiesel for as little as $.60/Gal !!!!!
All You Need Is:
Methanol (which is sold locally)
Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) (which is also sold locally)
Waste Vegetable oil (from restaurants)
And a Biodiesel Processor
Most of the time you can get a 1 to 1 ratio of vegetable oil and your finished biodiesel.
ex. start with 40 gals of oil and end up with 40 gals of biodiesel.

New Drywash system Available !!
NO MORE WATER WASHING !!!
Purify your Homemade Biodiesel to ASTM D-6751 standards. Washing your Biodiesel with this system saves time(16+ hours) over water wash systems and is much much more pure and attaches directly onto your Biodiesel Processor. Using this drywash system takes about 3-5 hours depending on the amount of Biodiesel to purify and the quality of Biodiesel you have made. It contains 7 pounds of Purolite Ion Beads which does the purification. The beads will purify up to 800-900 gallons of Biodiesel given that your Biodiesel has reacted properly and is of good quality. This Drywash system in no way finishes the reaction or is to be used as a filter. Once the beads need to be changed, simply drain the system, remove the clamps, remove the top fitting and turn upside down to dump the beads out. Then just replace the beads by pouring in 7 pounds of new beads and re-install the system on to the processor.
What is Biodiesel?
By definition, biodiesel is an alternative fuel comprised of a mix of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids. Biodiesel is derived through a simple refining process called transesterification. The components in this process include vegetable oil (triglycerides), alcohol (mainly methanol) and a catalyst (sodium or potassium hydroxide). By correctly mixing these ingredients, one can produce an environmentally safe, low polluting fuel that can be run in any 1995 year model or newer diesel vehicle or equipment with little to no modifications. Biodiesel can be used as a pure fuel (B 100 or "neat") or mixed with petroleum diesel in any percentage.
- Biodiesel is made from renewable resources and can help lighten our dependency on foreign oil.
- Biodiesel is non-toxic and biodegradable.
- Biodiesel is safer to handle and transport than petroleum diesel because it has a lower flash point.
- Biodiesel has no Hazardous Material rating and can even be sent using general mail.
Besides the fact that you can make your own biodiesel at home far cheaper than you can buy it, biodiesel has many additional benefits. Biodiesel is a powerful solvent that keeps fuel lines, injectors and other engine components clean which adds to the longevity of the vehicle. Biodiesel has a higher lubricate effect than petroleum diesel, which has proven to lower engine wear. Environmentally, biodiesel is non-toxic and biodegradable. Biodiesel helps to reduce vehicle emissions by up to 75% and the heavy diesel smell is replaced with a cooking oil aroma.
Who backs Biodiesel?
Biodiesel meets the criteria set forth by the United States Department of Energy and is recognized in the Energy Policy Act of 1992. As a registered fuel and fuel additive with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), biodiesel meets clean diesel standards established by the California Air Resource Board (CARB). The Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Energy (DOE) designate neat biodiesel as an alternative fuel. Biodiesel has been tested and used around the world for years!
